Who We Are & What We Do

Asheville Phoenix Fire is a 501c3 nonprofit focused on improving the quality of life of the queer community in Asheville, NC. We strive to create a safe space for less represented populations in the form of a third place coffee and mocktail bar that hosts queer and nonprofits events and programs to support the growth of the community. Our aim is to provide a space for skill sharing, promote local art, and to offer a third space for the community to gather, thereby increasing access to and awareness of mutual aid and local resources. We are committed to developing our community network to strengthen us economically, emotionally, culturally, and socially as a whole.

Mission

We envision a community where individuals of all backgrounds feel empowered and supported. Our vision is to foster a network that strengthens the queer community economically, emotionally, culturally, and socially.
